Versaflex Ventures is a limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on February 18, 2009. We are a wholly indigenous company with good years of experience in a wide range of services within the Engineering, Procurement and Construction industries in Nigeria. These services are rendered to the Nigerian oil and gas, construction, maritime, health and safety industries to list a few.

As an EPC&M company, Versaflex provides Procurement and Civil Construction services, which include; the supply of Casings, Gaskets and Lease of Light Marine Equipments.

In 2012, we included to our list solutions, the supply of drilling fluid/chemical products and services. We supply a wide range of Oil and Gas Industry based Chemicals such as Organic Drilling Chemicals, Inorganic Salts and Other Mud Additives as well as provide related service support.

We also render impeccable Vendor service delivery of milled barite and chemicals. To increase capacity and render quality services to its clientele, in 2014; the company acquired a modern drilling fluid processing plant with a high capacity drilling mud crushing machine and a 5 ton per hour dryer.
